  • Do I get life time access or will it end?

    You will get life time access to program, when you sign up at regular price. If you select subscription option, you will have access as long as you renew your subscription.

  • Is it better to take a live class or to take home study?

    Both have their own advantages and disadvantages. A live class gives you direct access to your trainer BUT with our WhatsApp group, that problem is solved. A class also gives you group mates and that too is solved via WhatsApp group where you can ask for exercise buddy. A home study course gives you access to course so you can repeat as many times as you need (which is not possible in live classes). You learn at your own pace PLUS home study course costs much less.

  • Is it only recorded sessions or will I get live classes too?
