How To De-hypnotize Yourself?

Many people ask me, How can I hypnotize my self? So I teach

them self hypnosis. However most people do not realize they are

already in trance - under a hypnotic influence. They need to come

out and de-hypnotize themselves.

Let me explain, what I mean...

Hypnosis is power of suggestion. When a person is hypnotized

s/he unconsciously  follows instructions given by the hypnotist.

We call this state trance. Its simple to learn, in fact you can learn

it at your home.

If you look around you will notice many people operate out  of a

belief system & thinking patterns which restricts their progress.

e.g., The belief "people in general are bad, they are out to cheat

and deceive you". OR some beliefs about money that I hear during

my Wealth Planning training such as "Money is the root of all evil"

or "More money means more trouble", "There are limited resources

and unlimited wants"

Here are few more negative beliefs that you may find in people...

"World is a dangerous place to live these days"

 "Muslims are terrorists"

"You can not progress unless you lie"

 "All men are beasts"

  "All women are the same"

Here is a simple exercise you can use to de-hypnotize yourself.

On a piece of paper write 5 statements that start with each of the

following stems.

1. I can not   ________________  (Give 5 different endings)

2. I must do  ________________

3. I must not ________________

4. People are________________

5. I am  ____________________

By the time you finish you will have made  5 x 5 = 25 statements.

Now read your first 5 statements out loud and answer this question

to your self, "What stops you?

As you answer this you will discover limitations you have put on

your own self.

Read your 2nd set of statements out loud and after each, answer

this question to your self "What will happen if you do not do

this?"

You will discover the consequences you expect as a result of your

actions. Are they real or just a figment of your imagination?

Read your 3rd set of statements out loud and after
each, answer

this question to your self" What will happen if you did it?"

You will again discover the consequences you expect. Are they

real or just a figment of your imagination?

Read your 4th set of statements out loud and after
each, answer

following questions to your self

"Which people specifically are you talking about?"

"Are ALL people like that?"

"Do you not know some people who are not like that?"

You may get some
surprises as a result.

Read your 5th set of statements out loud and after each, answer

following questions to your self.

"According to whom, I am ___"

"Is that a fact or just an opinion of someone"

"How am I more than ________?"

You may find, the limitations you have put upon your identity begin

to melt away.

As you repeat this make different statements each time.

These are only few examples of suggestions that must be
'uninstalled'

and re-moved from your mind before you can make progress in your

life.

In the NLP Practitioner Training you will discover your personal

limitations and learn how to overcome them.

All the best, always
